Documentation
Definition
Flow type that is used for account determination during accrual/deferral of cost shares that are not apportionable based on their settlement participation.
Use
Normally a flow type is not entered here, since you are not required to accrue or defer these costs. These costs are recorded in the profit and loss statement, both before and after service charge settlement.
Example
Cost shares of this kind result, for example, when you have an agreement with an external tenant stating that the tenant is only responsible for paying 80% of the costs that arise on the contract. In that case, the 80% share of the costs is included in externally apportionable costs. The remaining 20%, which is not apportionable based on the defined settlement participation, are included instead in "Non-Apportionable Costs Due to Settlement Participation."
