Documentation
Definition
Specifies the percentage surcharge that is applied to the settlement result during service charge settlement.
Use
You specify how high this percentage surcharge is, and which rental objects, contracts and settlement units it is imposed on. You make these specifications in Customizing for the surcharge schema.
Note:
Keep in mind that this percentage rate only applies for surcharges as long as no other different percentage rate was defined for them (dependent on the service charge key, usage type or contract type).
Dependencies
- If you enter a percentage in this field in Customizing and the Percent Modifiable indicator is set, then this percentage is defaulted in service charge settlement, but you can change it there (Other Parameters tab page).
- If you enter a percentage in this field in Customizing and the Percent Modifiable indicator is not set, the system automatically calculates using the percentage entered. The percentage rate is then merely displayed during service charge settlement, but it is not possible to change it there.
