Definition

The status of the advance payment record can have one of the following values:

• Settled (green traffic light @5B@)
The advance payment record (cash flow record for an advance payment) was already used in a settlement.
• Not Settled (red traffic light @5C@)
The advance payment record has not yet been used in a settlement.
• Partially Settled (yellow traffic light @5D@)
The advance payment record was already used in a settlement, but it was a record affecting more than one period, which therefore could not yet be fully taken into account.
• No Participation (warning @AH@):
No settlement participation is entered in the contract for the advance payment record. The advance payment is not considered during settlement. Correct the settlement participation or manually transfer the open item.
• Undefined (grey icon @00@)
There is data from old settlements for the advance payment record, but the system cannot find any status information due to missing references.
