Status of rental research - offer object relationship
Every activity concerned with a rental request and an offer object sets a status that describes the rental request in relation to an offer object.
Example:
The party interested in renting an object selects favorites from a list of offer objects. The system registers that these objects have been assigned the "Favorite" status for the rental request.
The interested party has designated the offer object as "Favorite". The party decides to remove this status. This results in the existing "Favorite" status being withdrawn for this object.
The interested party has a rental request A for a 3-roomed apartment. nThere are 5 possibilities that are offered (Apartment numbers 1 to 5). The apartments 3 and 5 do not interest the party making the request and should not be displayed again but apartments 2 and 4 should be added to the favorites list. However, apartment 1 should not be rejected nor should it be added to the favorites list.
The system registers as follows:
Rental request A Apartment 2 Favorite
Rental request A Apartment 3 Do not display again
Rental request A Apartment 4 Favorite
Rental request A Apartment 5 Do not display again
The result of this registration is that when the rental request A is resubmitted, apartments 3 and 5 are not offered again whereas apartment 1 is once again proposed.

Use
Specify the rental request status that is to be set by the activity. If the object already has the status set in this field, it is deleted.
Dependencies
Example
The activity "Add to favorites list" sets the S001 status.
The activity "Delete from favorits list" is only related to the objects that already have status S001. The entry S001 in relationship to the activity "Delete from favorites list" in this table results in the status S001 being revoked for the rental request-offer object- relationships.
