Definition
This number is used in the formula for determining the concordance between the rental request and rental object for a given comparative parameter (amount, area, number of rooms). It specifies what minimum percentage of concordance is required for the offer and rental request to be defined as a suitable match.
A different limit can be defined for each comparative parameter. If the limit is not reached then the system does not find a suitable match.
Example
Rental request area = 120 m2 (plan value)
Rental object area = 150 m2 (actual value)
Similarity = 80 % (for proportional weighting)
When a limit is entered, the calculated concordance is, if necessary, changed:
Limit = 85 % --> Concordance = 0 % (not suitable)
Limit = 50 % --> Concordance = 80 % (suitable)
