Use this equivalence number to define the weighting of a comparative parameter (amount, area, number of rooms, fixture and fittings...) for the concordance calculation between a rental request and a rental object in relation to other parameters.
Example
Comparative parameter "Amount has the equivalence number 2"
Comparative parameter "Area" has equivalence number 1
In this case, the amounts for the the total result are weighted at twice the amount of the weighting assigned to the concordance of areas.
