Use
The Move From and Move To fields specify the time period during which the planned move should take place.
The previously valid occupancy information (room assignment) for the persons affected by this move ends on the end date of the move. Their new actual occupancy information begins on the day after that.
If you want the new occupancy to begin later, or you want to limit the time period, then enter this information in the new actual occupancy period.
