Documentation
Definition
The occupant is the business partner, for whom a room is reserved in the room reservation.
Use
You can enter any business partner here. If the business partner does not exist, it is created in the role you choose, whereby the only roles that are allowed are those defined in the Customizing activity Make Settings for Roles per Object Type for object type I5 (offered object), differentiation criterion 1 (can be reserved).
By making an appropriate entry in the field to the right of the input fields, you can have the system interpret the entry as a user (system user) rather than a business partner.
