Documentation
Definition
Specifies whether the amount entered on the RE search request is a fixed amount, or if the amount is a unit price that is multiplied by a measurement value (such as square feet of residential space). For unit prices, you also have to enter the measurement type.
Use
Specify the calculation method the prospect would expect for the type of property (for example, a fixed amount for an apartment, amount per square foot for warehouse space). When an offered object is created, the calculation method you enter here might be used for calculating the condition amount for the offered real estate object. So an RE search request, for which a price per square foot was entered as the condition amount, also finds rental objects for which a fixed amount is defined as the condition amount (and the other way around).
The calculation method is not displayed on the RE search request. If the calculation method is not obvious, then you should enter some information on the method in the name of the condition group, such as "Basic rent/sq.ft."
