Definition
Procedure that controls the generation of renewal offers and reminder letters. A monitoring procedure consists of several steps. The first step is the generation of the renewal offer. The last step in the monitoring procedure is termination of the subscription if no incoming payment is received.
The monitoring procedure is determined by a procedure determination procedure for each order in the monitoring process and is recorded in the subscription at the level of the renewal cycle.
