Definition
Procedure controlling the generation of renewal offers and reminder letters. A monitoring procedure consists of several steps. The first step is generation of the renewal offer. The last step in the monitoring procedure is termination of the subscription if the incoming payment is missing.
The monitoring procedure is determined using a procedure determination function for each order in the monitoring process and recorded at the level of the renewal cycle in the subscription.
