You can transfer real estate objects in a manager company code to a mandate company code by choosing @8G@ New Owner with the quick info text Sale. This symbol indicates if the selected objects should be transferred to the mandate company code. The real estate objects are not transferred until after you save this setting.

• @8G@ with the quick info text Sale.
  The real estate object should be transferred to the mandate company code.
• @8F@ with the quick info text Manager Remains Owner.
  This real estate object remains in the holdings of the real estate manager.
