This is the day on which the manager takes over management of the condominium owners' association (COA) or the object mandate.

Dependencies

All objects in this mandate that do not have there own, or an earlier, valid-from date are valid starting on this date.

Use

Dependencies

When you transfer objects from the manager company code, the following applies:

• If the COA mandate is being created, then the date you enter here is the valid-from date of the COA mandate.
• If the COA mandate already exists, and the date entered here is after the date of the COA mandate, then this date is copied as the valid-from date by those objects that are transferred to the mandate.
• For objects that go to a new owner, the system ends the objects in the manager company code using the date one day before this date.
