Example
As part of third-party management of a condominium owners# association (COA), it is possible to assign objects that are in other company codes (management company code, object company codes) to objects from the COA. The objects are actually leased out in these company codes or in the condominium owner company code. Linking the objects makes it possible to perform service charge settlement for tenants in the COA. Service charge settlement is triggered from the COA and takes place using the object linkages to the contracts that participate in service charge settlement.
You maintain the linkage of the objects on the Assignments tab page of the given COA object.
