Definition
Identifies the house bank, which, together with the account ID, is used as a template for creating house banks in the condominium owner company code.
In the condominium owner company code, you need a house bank in order to process payment transactions with the tenants for each owner. The system automatically creates this house bank when the condominium management contract (a real estate contract with a special contract type) is created. The settings for the payment program are copied from the settings for the house bank and account ID that are entered here.
