Use
When you create a mandate, the system uses the mandate master data to create a mandate company code. In creating the mandate company code, the system uses the Customizing settings from the reference company code as a template (see the company code type). The system stores the mandate master data as application data, in addition to the company code settings. This makes it possible for the system to copy any changes made later to the company code settings to all mandates that reference the given company code.
You are not allowed to enter any real estate objects in the reference company code.
You define the reference company code in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management.
