Use
Real estate objects that belong to a mandate and are owned by the manager are also in the manager company code.

The Manager Company Code Behavior indicator specifies that the company code to be created should act like a manager company code. If this indicator is set for a mandate, then objects in this (mandate) company code can be linked to objects in the manager company code. If the objects are linked, then you can execute service charge settlement (tenant settlement) for the linked objects only from the COA company code.
