Documentation
Definition
The indicator is relevant for object mandates and specifies that objects in the object mandate can be linked with COA objects.
- Indicator is set (
'X'
)Objects of the mandate company code can be linked with objects of a COA mandate company code.
- Indicator is not set (
' '
)You cannot link objects of the object mandate with objects from COA mandates.
Use
You are managing a COA (condominium owners# association) and you also perform service charge settlement for tenants for it. Among the COA objects, there are some that have an owner who is also the owner for the current object mandate. In that case, you can create a copy of the COA object in the object mandate in order to be able to represent the leasing out of the COA object. In order for you to be able to perform service charge settlement for the tenants of these objects, the leased objects in the object mandate have to be linked with the corresponding COA objects. The tenant settlement is then triggered from the COA company code and includes the linked objects in the settlement.
Dependencies
The link is always initiated from the COA object side, and is only displayed in the object mandate.
Set this indicator only if the owner of the object mandate owns COA objects that are part of a COA in the system, and for which a tenant settlement is to be performed.
You can also set the indicator at a later point in time.
