The following object types are available in Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX):
- Business entity
- Land
- Building
- Rental object
- Architectural object
- Real estate contract
- Participation group
- Settlement unit
Dependencies
Example
The object types have to be assigned to contract types in order for them to be available in contract processing. For example, in order to lease in a business entity, the "business entity" object type has to be assigned to either one or both of the contract types "Commercial lease-in" or "Residential lease-in."
