You can group several Classic RE usage types together under one usage type in RE-FX. In that case, it is advisable to define fixtures and fittings characteristics by which you can identify the "old" usage type later.
Unlike the characteristic for apportionment loss risk, which is set only for publicly subsidized rental units, the fixtures and fittings characteristic you enter here is set for all rental objects that had the given old usage type in Classic RE.
