If no alternative return start is specified, the issue can be returned on the publication date at the earliest.
If an alternative return start is specified for the issue, it can be returned on this date at the earliest.
The return follow-up time from the edition is added to the publication date of the issue as a default during creation/generation, provided the follow-up time is not 0. This default value can be changed in the issue.
