Definition

  • Site protection: Date starting on which the site protection is in effect.
  • Development planning: Date starting on which the development plan is legally binding.
    After the community government agrees on a resolution to create the development plan, the development plan has to be approved as an ordinance by the responsible authorities before it is legally binding. A development plan that was not developed using a land use map requires explicit approval of the responsible authorities. Otherwise the development plan can be approved in a simplified procedure.
