Definition
The assessed value can be calculated using different methods. The system calculates the assessed value as follows:
Cost approach to appraisal:
area of zone 1 multiplied by value/square meter of zone 1
+ area of zone 2 multiplied by value/square meter of zone 2
+ area of zone 3 multiplied by value/square meter of zone 3
