Definition
Multiple owners can share ownership in a piece of land. In that case, rather than recording the piece of land as a whole for each owner, the owner's fractional share of ownership is recorded in the real estate register as co-ownership.
Use
You enter the co-ownership share as a fraction by entering the numerator and denominator separately.
If you do not enter a numerator and denominator for the co-ownership share, then the system internally asssigns a value of 1/1.
