Documentation
Definition
A cancellation is a marking that shows that an entry is invalid, for example in the real estate register.
Use
The entry is not actually deleted (that is, it is not actually removed from the register). Instead the entry still appears, but is marked in red to show it is no longer valid.
In the physical land register, the entry is underscored in red. In the system, the entry is highlighted in red.
