Definition

This indicator is set by the system if the bill of material for a specific object contains the same object on a lower explosion level.

Use

During BOM maintenance:

  • You can switch the recursiveness check off by selecting Recursiveness allowed.
  • Recursiveness is recognized in dialog mode and prevented by an error message.
  • In exceptional situations, recursiveness is not recognized until you save the BOM.
    In this case the system sets the Recursive indicator.
