Option rate of the subordinate object that was used to calculate the option rate of the superior object. This option rate was determined for the calculation period from the method determined for the subordinate object at that time.
If the subordinate object is a pooled space, the option rate method used is the one determined for the vacant part of the pooled space (that means, not the method used to determine the Option Rate of the Pooled Space).
