Definition
Here you define the option rate for objects for which automatic option rate determination is either not possible or should not take place. For rental objects and occupancy contracts, at least one option rate procedure should opt with a fixed option rate of 100% and one procedure should not opt with a fixed option rate of 0%.
The fixed option rate is always used when neither the Freely Definable nor the Automatic indicators are set.
If you have an agreement with the tax office on option rates that apply throughout the company or for certain objects of the company, you can likewise define the agreed option rate and assign the objects the required option rate procedure.
Special Feature: Rental Objects
@0S@ Note that the option rate for rental objects defined here can only be used if the object is vacant on the key date of the option rate determination. Otherwise the option rate of the occupancy contract is used. For pooled spaces, the option rate shown here only applies to the vacant part. For option rates of the pooled space itself, you can also determine a Method for Pooled Space.
