Definition
Method that is used to determine the option rate of the pooled space itself.
The option rate method that is primarily defined in a pooled space determines how the option rate for the superior objects (such as business entity, building, land) is determined. The method refers to the vacant area of the pooled space. Additionally, an option rate for costs is required with direct account assignment on the pooled space.
Procedure
Here you determine the method for determining this option rate. You can choose all procedures that are permitted for "Superior Objects" apart from the procedure that is identified as Freely Definable.
The option rate of the pooled space is calculated according to this process in the same way as the option rate of a building that only consists of the pooled space.
If you do not enter any process here, the method that is primarily specified for the pooled space (generally a fixed option rate) is also used to determine the option rate of the pooled space itself.
Note that the indicator Option Rate Dependent on Renewal Contract is not taken into account for pooled spaces.
