Documentation
Definition
Option rate methods with this indicator can only be assigned to settlement units.
- Indicator is set (
'X'
)
The option rate determination is carried out according to the apportionment unit ratio defined in the settlement units.
- Indicator is not set (
' '
)
The option rate determination is carried out in a different way.
If the indicator is set, the option rate for settlement units that operate with this process is determined according to the measurements defined in the settlement unit. If several measurements are defined there (for instance, 80% by consumption and 20% by area), this is taken into account. If a measurement amount that is relevant for the option rate determination cannot be determined within an annual period (in the case of, say, a settlement based on consumption and the meter is only read at the end of the settlement period), the option rate determination is carried out according to the alternative measurement method that is defined in the settlement unit, which is also used for the simulation of the settlement.
