Use
If a CO object is assigned to only one real estate object, then this indicator is not relevant, since the assignment is then unique.
This indicator is only relevant if a CO object is assigned to multiple real estate objects. In that case, it is not immediately clear which assignment is the one that should be used for determining the option rate.
- Indicator is set (
'X')If the input tax distribution breaks down documents that have account assignment to the assigned object, then the option rate of this real estate object is the definitive one used for the distribution.
If a maintenance order is assigned directly to a real estate object, and at the same is time also assigned indirectly by means of a functional location, then the direct assignment takes precedence when the system determines the option rate.
