Use
This indicator is relevant only if Records Management is active for this object type.
- Indicator is set (
'X')The system automatically creates the record when creating the Real Estate object.
This setting is useful if you require a record for most master data of this object type or if you want to see all master data in the Records Organizer using the search for records.
- Indicator is not set (
' ')The record is not created until you choose @FT@ Document Management in the RE Navigator and confirm the subsequent query.
This setting is useful if you do not require the records immediately.
The setting only effects the creation of new Real Estate objects. If Real Estate objects already exist, setting the indicator does not mean that missing records are created immediately.
