Use
The element type ID of the record model determines the assignment to the content model.
The element type ID of the record model is cross-client.
For Flexible Real Estate Management, SAP provides the element type ID RE_CONTRACT_MODEL as an example real estate contract (service provider SRM_SP_MODEL).
If you want to use Records Management in your production system then define a new element type ID, for example ZRE_CONTRACT_MODEL, with the transaction SRMREGEDIT. This ensures that future changes to the delivered example will not restrict the production operation.
For more information about Records Management and configuration, see the Implementation Guide for Records Management.
