Use
The record model determines the structure of the records to be created. To create a new record model or edit an existing one, use the Records Organizer (transaction ORGANIZER).
The record model is client-specific.
SAP delivers the record model Standard File for Real Estate Contract (technical key: 4092595155ED4C8EE10000000A1552B1
) by way of an example for Flexible Real Estate Management.
If you want to use Records Management in your live system, then define a new record model with the Records Organizer. This ensures that future changes to the delivered example will not restrict live operation.
For more information about the integration of Records Management, see the Implementation Guide underBasic Settings for Records Management.
