Definition

The value of this parameter determines whether the document date (day the original document was issued) should be determined from the trip duration:

• ' ': the 'document date' value is used,
• 'B': start date of the trip is used as the document date,
• 'E': end date of the trip is used as the document date.

In the case of an R/2-R/3 link, the document date used is either the value in the 'document date' parameter or the posting date.
