Notes

Field changes

This field can be changed at day level.

Time independence

You can define this field time-independently in the cost center accounting customizing menu item 'Master data'.

  • If you activate the time-dependence flag in the customizing, you can maintain different field contents for any period.
  • If you do not activate the customizing flag, you can only maintain one field value which is valid for all periods. There is, however, an indirect time-dependence, if you simultaneously change a time-dependent field. A new field value can be entered for the time-independent field for the validity interval of the time-dependent field.

Use

Line numbers are used to determine on which line to print the entry concerned in the output of RPCLETNA and RPCLEENA.

Notes

Line numbers can be determined as follows:

  • Use the reports to print the output without line numbers;
  • Count the number of line numbers (different percentages) in the overviews (number = X)
  • Allocate sequence numbers from 1 to X to the percentages starting with 1 for the lowest percentage;
  • Copy these sequence numbers to table T5N2X.

Supplementary Documentation - REGVA 0001

Use

In this field you enter the rule number which was defined in the view Rules to determine variant for monthly work schedule generation. The view specifies which variant of a daily work schedule should apply on a Friday or on a day which precedes a public holiday, for example.

Examples

Daily work schedule selection rule 01

  • Standard variant BLANK
  • Variant A for work on Fridays and on public holidays of class 2

Daily work schedule selection rule 02

  • Standard variant BLANK
  • Variant A for work on Fridays
  • Variant B for work on public holidays of public holiday class 2
  • Variant C for work on days preceding public holidays of class 4

Procedure

If you want to create several variants of a daily work schedule, you must enter a rule number here.

You can also leave the field blank; no variant is determined for the daily work schedule in this case.

Dependencies

If the variant determined by the rules does not exist, the standard variant is used.

Supplementary Documentation - REGVA 0002

Use

The individual rules are numbered sequentially. The system processes the sequential numbers one at a time until an appropriate rule is found. Subsequent rules are not processed.
