Definition
Specifies which object types are considered then the system determines CO planned records from the cash flow.
Use
The system considers cash flow records only if those cash flow records would result in postings that distribute, during periodic posting, to an object of one of the selected object types.
Dependencies
If you do not set the Usage Objects indicator, then the system ignores any selection you make in the Target Object Type field.
Example
You set the Usage Objects indicator.
Then the system processes only those cash flow records which result in postings to a usage object. Cash flow records that would result in postings to other objects, such as cost centers or real estate contracts, are not considered in this run. When you make a selection in the Target Object Type field, the system adds the values of the selected cash flow records on the level of the object type you selected.
You set the Usage Objects indicator and the Contracts indicator.
Then the system processes only those cash flow records from which postings would result that post to a usage object and the real estate contract. Cash flow records that would result in postings to objects such as cost centers are not considered in this run. When you make a selection in the Target Object Type field, the system adds the values of the selected cash flow records only on the level of the object type of the usage objects you selected.
You set the Contracts indicator only.
Cash flow records are only processed if their resulting postings would be made to a real estate contract. Any selection in the Target Object Type field is ignored in this case.
