Definition

Use

The classification of standard letter templates is an easy-to-use resource to simplify the selection of a template.

Templates are classified according to a maximum of four different key words that are assigned to the corresponding business document. Users can define their own key words, without any input help. The key words are treated equally and the order is irrelevant.

Dependencies

The display of the templates in the selection dialog is organized in a one-level grouping of key words. All the key words used are displayed as nodes with the templates as a hierarchy below.

Templates with several key words are displayed under more than one node.

Templates without key words assigned to them appear under a shared node of unclassified documents.
