Definition
Object type for which it is possible to define a default value for the CO settlement profile. The first time you create a settlement rule, the system uses the settlement profile you set up in Customizing as a default.
Possible object types are:
- Business entity
- Building
- Land
For real estate contracts and rental objects, there are separate Customizing dialogs with assignments per contract type or usage type.
