Definition

Indicates whether or not a differing measurement can be entered for a contract or adjustment measure.

Use

The following values are available:

• Object Reference Allowed (Default):
  Differing measurements can be defined for the contract or the adjustment measure, as well as for one or more objects belonging to the contract or adjustment measure.
• Object Reference Not Allowed:
  Differing measurements can only be defined for the contract or the adjustment measure.
  These measurements are not taken into account in the service charge settlement, even if the Relevant for Apportionment indicator is set for this measurement type in the Define Measurement Types activity. The service charge settlement requires a rental object reference for apportionment.
• Object Reference Required:
  The differing measurement can only be defined with reference to one or more objects of the contract or adjustment measure.
