Keep in mind that the object limitations for business entities and rental units are not used for selecting non-occupancy contracts.

If you want to limit non-occupancy contracts according to the real estate objects they contain, use selection via sets: Using the object limitation, generate a set for non-occupancy contracts and use selection via this set in the report.
