Definition

Controls how the parcels that are assigned to the real estate contract are considered in the area analyses of land use management (LUM).

Use

You can choose one of the following:

  • No Influence on Holdings
    This type of contract does not have any effect on area analyses.
  • Changes Holdings
    This contract type is intended for contracts changing holdings.
    The areas of the parcels assigned to these contracts are counted in the area analysis for possession areas. This area analysis evaluates the following types of area:
  • Uses Holdings
    This contract type is intended for contracts that use holdings ( right of use contracts). The areas of the parcels assigned to these contracts are counted in the area analysis for usage areas. This area analysis evaluates the following types of area:
    • Contract areas
    • Areas for own use
    • Unusable areas
    • Areas with other contractual usage
  • Changes and Uses Holdings
    This contract type is intended to include both contracts changing holdings and right of use contracts. The areas of the parcels assigned to these contracts are counted in the area analysis for possession areas and for usage areas.
