This field is for a date calculated by the system, that is, you are not able to enter a date here.

Use

The date in this field depends on the contract:

Contract Without Activated Notice

The date is the calculated contract end date. The system calculates this date based on the renewal rules and the first contract end date. The renewal rules included are automatic renewals, as well as options, if their acceptance was declared. The assumption is that neither of the contracting parties will take any further action, meaning that they will neither accept any options nor give notice.
The field is empty in the following cases:

  • When the contract is open-ended (it does not have a fixed term, it does not have any renewal rules)
  • When a renewal was defined, and it is an automatic renewal of one of the following types:
    1. Repetition of last rule
    2. Unlimited after this point

Contract with Activated Notice

This date is the same as the date in the Notice per field.
