Specifies if the contract was made with external partners or internal partners.
Use
External Contract (0)
Contract is limited to customer or vendor processes, for example, lease-out of apartments or usage rights (such as storage on a land) to third party or lease-in of real estate.
Internal Contract (1)
Can be used only for own usage of real estate objects. The contract is made with an organizational unit within your enterprise. Currently this organizational unit can be a cost center, an internal order or a project. Within the contract, you assign a cost center to each condition type.
G/L Account Contract (2)
The contract is merely a mechanism for managing periodic posting, for example accruals/deferrals. The posting is made to G/L accounts. The contract is the account assignment object, both for credits and for debits. (Distribution to the corresponding distribution object is possible.)
