Use
Indicator is set:
The condition is relevant to service charge settlement.
Indicator is not set:
The condition is not relevant to service charge settlement.
A condition is relevant to service charge settlement if a service charge key or a service charge group is assigned to it in Customizing, in the Assign Condition Type to Service Charge Key/Group IMG activity. The condition can be an advance payment or a flat rate.
During service charge settlement, the system only considers conditions that are relevant to service charge settlement.
You can see which service charge keys are settled using which conditions, in the contract on the "Settlement Participation" tab page.
