Documentation
Definition
Condition types assigned to condition type groups for which the "Info System" indicator is set are summarized by group in certain reports in the Information System. You use the group ID to determine which summarization is selected.
Use
Dependencies
A maximum of five groups can be assigned to a group ID. A condition type has to be assigned uniquely to one group ID.
Example
The following condition groups have the following IDs:
1 OC Basic rent
2 OC Operating costs
3 OC Heating expense
4 ALL All conditions
A report that uses the OC info group, assigns the totals of the conditions that are assigned to groups 1, 2 and 3 to separate columns. A report that uses the info group ALL, shows all conditions in one total.
