Documentation

The following fields are required to valuate the contract in accordance with IFRS:

  • Valuation Classification
    • Type A = Right of use approach (linear depreciation)
    • Type B = Straight-line lease (linearized commitment)
  • Interest rate

    Contains the interest rate that is used to calculate interest on the payments and, therefore, to determine the present value.

  • Frequency and frequency unit

    Together specify the depreciation frequency

  • Reference for frequency term

    If the frequency is not specified, the data is transferred from the reference frequency term specified here (if the field is empty, this is the default term).

  • Start of consideration

    Specifies the start of consideration

  • Probable end

    Specifies the end of consideration

In addition, comments can be entered in the Memo field (for example, the reason for a specific classification)
