Definition

You specify here how the system considers the First Posting From date when generating the cash flows of active contracts or released rental objects. The options are:

  • Standard

    As described in First Posting From, the planned items created during the cash flow generation remain, and are considered during periodic posting.

  • Flag as posted

    If planned items are generated that are before the First Posting From date, then the system always treats these items as if they are designated as posted, and therefore they are not considered during periodic posting. (This differs from the behavior of the standard system.)

  • Flag as posted if there are no real actual items

    If planned items are generated with a calculated-to date that is before the First Posting From date, then the system designates these items as posted. However, the system sets this flag only if there are not any real actual items (items flagged only as posted) in the given period. If real actual items already exist, the system issues an error message.
