If this indicator is not set, then the determined due date is used, even if the contract start date or rental object start date is in the middle of a period. In the case of rent paid in advance, this can lead to the rent being due before the start of the contract or the rental object. To prevent this you can set this indicator. The due date is then moved to the start date of the contract or rental object.
