Example:
You agree with the tenant on an annual amount of 1000 with monthly posting. Dividing the annual amount by 12 results in an amount of 83.33. If this amount is now considered monthly during posting, the total over 12 months is 999.96, which means a difference of 0.04 from the annual amount that was agreed on. In order to correct this, you can specify that differences of this kind are considered during posting.
